Truthfully my favourite cookie this month, the lemon blueberry struesel.

A softer, cake like cookie, with ripples of blueberry conserve and a streusel crumb, drizzled with a lemon icing glaze and lemon zest. fresh, soft, crumbly and everything that encompasses a lemon blueberry muffin (did you know it’s vegan too👀) 🫐🍋

Some you have noticed I haven’t been making as many original style ‘OG’ cookies as much and I’m finally explaining some of the reasons in the reel above!

Until I can find a way to replicate their signature taste and texture without constantly taking them out of the oven, there won’t be as many flavours in this style of cookies, but Ill never forget that I wouldn’t be where I am today without them !

So excited to have a new item on the menu!! These white choc Krispy bars have all the elements of a classic rice crispy bar with a rich and fruity twist with the raspberry white chocolate. I have seriously converted some non-fruit lovers to this beauty and I hope you get to try it too!

Turns out the pistachio cream I use is 45% pistachio in the ingredient listing. Some further found that majority of store bought pistachio spread range between 20-25% with the first ingredient always being sugar!

Giving you the highest quality even when I don’t make things from scratch 😉
